Tenant Find Service: 

Starting from £350, or 50% of the first months rent for higher value properties (per property, per tenancy sign up)

Property Management Services:

For Residential Management we offer a rate of 10% management fees based on the property price.

This includes all of the services listed in the Residential Property Management Services section. We offer optional upgrades to customise the services you need or would like to add. For more information about this, please contact us directly as prices vary on the property and specific requests.

 

For Short-Let Management we offer a rate of 25% management fees for standard properties based on the monthly gross revenue. This may vary for different units, please contact us to discuss this further in order to tailor this to your needs.
