3. You get rewarded! Once the sign-up is complete and the service has been paid for, you receive your referral reward! |

Referral Terms:
- The referral must be new to FTB Property Management

- Payment is made once the client has signed and paid for services
- Rewards are paid via bank transfer within 7-14 days
